This is a one-on-one 7-hour training on how to dress for an interview, the questions you will/could be asked by the CEO - Aviation Manager – Chief Pilot – Chief Flight Attendant – Human Resource Representative -Chief Crew Scheduler. It could also be a panel interview. Additionally, how to research the corporation or owner of the aircraft that you will be interviewing with. Resumes and cover letters are done together in this training. The cover letter is the most important part of the application/interview process.
Your resume is your work history… your cover letter is what “sells” you to the company and why you are the best candidate/fit for them. I will teach you how to create the BEST cover letter that gets their attention. I assist with building both your cover letter and resume.
If you fail in the interview process, you have just wiped-out weeks or months of hard work trying to get the interview. The interview is clearly the most decisive part of your job-hunting campaign within Business Aviation. Keep in mind that the interviewer does not know you at all. They only know what they read on your resume and that is what got you in the door. Your qualifications, background, experience, and training might be like other potential candidates’. The way that you “perform” in the job interview is crucial. This training will assist you in any successful career interview. You could also have a phone interview before they bring you in for an actual in-person interview.
Prior to our one-on-one training, I will email you or FAX you 17 pages of pretraining material and questions to answer. Then we will together go through all of it.
