Corporate Flight Attendant Training Corporate Flight Attendant Training

Testimonials, cont.

Dear Susan,

I just attended to twelve passengers and arrived safely in sunny Mexico. However, this trip was somewhat unusual; it was a new plane and a new group of business people. Another CEO in our area also owns a Falcon 900, and he wanted to see what it was like having a "trained" flight attendant on board. He was very pleased thanks to what I have learned from your training! A few months ago I was asked by the pilots to stock this new plane, very similar to the Falcon 900 you had helped me shop and stock for. Obviously, your stocking tips and creativity helped me tremendously! Thank you.

I have been continually thinking of you while traveling these past five months. Since I had no prior flight attendant experience at all, the information and guidance throughout your training course has made my career transition a much easier and enjoyable process. There is no way that I could have done this without your training and Flight Safety. I absolutely love it, and I truly appreciated your help along the way!

Sincerely,

Susan's training program has enhanced my work performance by 100%. I have been a Corporate Flight Attendant for less than a year with just Flight Safety's emergency training. That was crucial, but I did not know "how to be" a corporate flight attendant with no other training other then emergency procedures. Consequently, I've been on many flights prior to her training. Following the training, I became so confident in myself and relaxed on every flight. The information Susan provided was up-to-date and knowledgeable. The guest speakers were great and very informative. Susan is very enthusiastic, experienced, and successful as a Corporate Flight Attendant.

This training program provides important procedures and tips that you will need to acquire to become successful. Everyone can benefit from this training, whether you are experienced or new to this industry. There was a contract flight attendant in our class that had been flying for eight years. She was blown away by the information that she did not know!  Thanks Susan for making it fun and exciting!

"A career change is a major and giant step in a person's life. One must gather detailed information from a variety of sources in order to have educated choices and make decisions. I wanted a detailed overview of this profession so I decided to take Susan's training. I had come from a ten year commercial aviation background, and this training was an eye opening experience for me! I now have the tools to feel confident when approaching major corporate flight departments with my newly acquired knowledge of this industry."

"I have been in the aviation industry for a number of years. Flying for commerical, charter, and corporate operations at different stages of my life. My goal living in South Florida is now to represent and market myself as a corporate contract flight attendant. I just attended Susan's class in Philadelphia last weekend. The updated and relevant information plus her years of "HANDS ON" experience have given me the confidence to plan my first sales call! Susan instilled only the highest standards for service and company professionalism! She guided our class from start to finish! I now know what questions to ask a corporation (and what answers to receive). We even learned how to put an "Aircraft to Bed"! A day well spent!"

"Susan's Friedenberg's class on corporate flight attendant training is a must do for anyone thinking of getting into this business. She has a no nonsense approach to the "why's" and the "how to" formula for anyone seeking a career in this field. I highly recommend it."

"Even though I had already been working as a contract flight attendant for some time prior to taking Susan's class, I found it to be an invaluable experience. I learned to market myself in a more professional manner and most importantly, Susan taught me to view my contract flying as a business and also to operate it as such. Plus the information that she taught me on a self employment and tax tips were of great benefit at tax time."

"Susan's seminar made me more confident that the work was out there and how to find it. She gave us an excellent overview of the industry, tons of useful printed material to take home and a great feeling of professionalism all before ever walking in the door of an aviation department. She also did a great job of demystifying the catering aspects of corporate flying."

"I am so glad that I took Susan Friedenberg's training course. It gave me the tools and the fundamental skills that I needed to get my contract business started. She provided interesting material and had a corporate aviation caterer come in to demonstrate exactly what they can do to make the flight attendants job easier. When I left her class I had the confidence to take my first trip".

"I must say that I was a little hesitant to attend Susan's Training class because I have a commercial background and had just completed FACTS Emergency Training. My friends in commercial said that I would be wasting my money taking Susan's Training class. Boy, were they ever wrong! I have always known that to learn from someone else's experience is better and less expensive as opposed to learning by trial and error. The training is a bargain for all that you learn, and I can't even imagine beginning this career without this specialized training!"

"For the past two years, I have been consumed in the effort to reinstate myself in the realm of corporate aviation as a contract flight attendant. I would have to say that I have been extremely successful with this since I am flying 13-17 days a month. Your training program was the foundation for this career and gave me the wisdom to open doors and more importantly keep them open for the return business that I have. The Corporate Flight Attendant Training program is an excellent educational process for the novice or the commercial flight attendant that wants to make the transition over to business aviation. The training manual is a working tool that may be referenced at any point before a trip, during the trip and for information that applies at the trips conclusion. It covers everything from the interview process to the end of a trip. I am grateful for the training you provided me with and I want to thank you."

I had the fortunate full blown, first hand experience of learning everything you need to know about the career and the world of being a Corporate Aviation Flight Attendent. After speaking with Susan from my home in Los Angeles I knew immediately it was her class I needed to take. She always says, "You don't know what you don't know."  I immediately signed up for her class and flew from Los Angeles to Philadelphia to attend two intense fact filled enthusiastic days with Susan. I do not remember the last time I gathered more information in my life, and retained it. Susan's knowledge and passion for this "very elite career " makes her class a positive, energetic, nuts and bolts training program. In addition to this she is very animated and funny so her way of teaching stays with you!

Because of Susan's class I gained ALL the knowledge necessary and all of the confidence needed to become a first class, top notch, corporate flight attendant. Susan also guided me through all the ins and outs even after I took her class. Her goal is to make sure that this industry has an educated flight attendant in addition to the emergency training that they get from emergency training vendors. She coaches her students after the fact which is unusual for a training program. Susan and her thorough training enabled me to empower the world of Corporate Flying and begin to fly in the capacity I hoped for. My son has gone off to college and Susan has given me a career opportunity to be proud of.

I thank Susan Friedenberg from the bottom of my heart.. and so does my son. He is very proud of his Mom.

I recently attended this training program in Long Beach, California. What I wish to convey about this training program is that Susan teaches from the heart and I can never thank her enough for the information she lends. She is the best person to be teaching the position of corporate flight attendant. I am entering a new and exciting career, and without this training program which is totally different from emergency and first aid training, I would be just skating by. She has assisted in molding me just a little better than the everyday flight attendant. I feel like I have an edge because of the knowledge I have now. Susan is always there when I need to ask a question by telephone or e-mail or even at the shopping mall. She returned a call to me immediately when I was in distress over a possible position and questions surrounding this job.....

The list goes on and on, and I want to thank her for taking the time to help me be a part of the new generation of corporate flight attendants, the very best, taught by the best.

Susan C. Friedenberg, President of Corporate Flight Attendant Training & Services has the best training course in Corporate Aviation that I have taken so far. I just attended this training program this summer in Long Beach, CA. She has definitely put her time, energy and experience into her training course to teach others the correct and safe way to perform on a private jet. Her personality allows the class to be fun and entertaining while her experience and smarts allows her course to be fully useful. Anyone trying to break into this exciting industry should take her course prior to his or her career. It'll not only progress your corporate flight attendant career quicker, it'll also provide a confidence that is needed to succeed! I highly recommend Susan's course. It is a must!

As a new corporate flight attendant out there knocking on doors and looking for work, I wanted to send out a public thank you to Susan Friedenberg and Erica Sheward for the great training I was given. When I signed up for Susan's training last August I had no idea how this business was run and most importantly, how I could manage to break into this community. I attended the training in August of 2005 in Long Beach, CA and was flying within two months!

Susan packed me so full of useful information I quickly got a grasp on what I needed to make it in the industry. Her training was so extensive it covered legal ramifications, taxes, catering, design, interviewing, food prep, to detailed check lists of everything I could ever need on a plane, and so much more. The organized way she presented the information and all of the fantastic lists, forms and documents I received copies of has helped me enormously as I try to make my way through the contract flight attendant world.

I have already acquired a tremendous amount of experience since my training, flying on G-IV's, 727's and 767's doing state to state as well as international travel. Before each of my trips I would revert back to Susan's checklists and my confidence would soar. I honestly felt as prepared as I possibly could be. So much of this job is the actual experience you get when you are flying, but to have a base of knowledge, a place to turn to when the sinks freeze up, the passenger passes out and catering gives you lamb instead of fish, it allows you to calm down and deal with everything more efficiently.

It's just a job, like any job things will not always work out, you just have to have the right attitude. I think that is one of the most beneficial lessons Susan taught me, be positive, be resourceful and be kind to everyone who comes in contact with you be it the passengers, the pilots, caterers and the FBO personnel, all of these people will make or break your experience. We are all in it together.

Erica Sheward's training was unbelievable. The amount of knowledge this woman has about food bourne pathogens, cleanliness, preparation, allergies and liabilities is breathtaking. Let me tell you this class is not for the meek, if you are looking to drop a few pounds this class will get you thinking about what you put into your body. I found her information incredibly valuable being that 90% of the time we have no control over where the food comes from and how it is prepared.

We use caterers from all over the world with many different levels of cleanliness and quality. Erica gives you brilliant ways to combat any bad catering issue as well as teaches you how to protect yourself from liability if bad salmon does get on your plane. Her message is responsibility and reliability and it couldn't be more on target.

Both of these women promote the same ideal, it is one of strength, knowledge, attitude and camaraderie. They want to better the entire industry by building smart flight attendants and responsible safe catering facilities. It sounds like a pretty good plan to me and if you haven't experienced their trainings I highly recommend reserving a space, it is worth every penny.
